Firstly, We have done 1000’s of Frozen birthday parties across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. “Elsa Character Hire” is so popular. Dressing up in costume to look like the incredible Elsa and Anna. We know what works & … what does not…
What doesn’t work:
1. Lots of singing and more singing… We stopped this years ago. Children get bored, especially after 10 minutes of someone singing. Now we sing snippets of the songs along with the boys and girls – interlaced with fun, themed Frozen Birthday party games. Much more dynamic and interactive.
2. Wishy-washy hosts. Elsa is magical… beautiful – but, let’s face it – she is not the life and soul of the party (Anna is more that). Our party hosts are magical and beautiful – but they also LOVE to mess around and actually play with your child and their guests. We are more “fun” than “graceful” because that is what works and why the children connect with us so well.
3. A show intended just for girls – All of our shows are tailored for both boys and girls. Most people invite the class or family members to the party. We want everyone, not just girls, entertained in our Frozen Birthday Party inspired shows.

Meet & Greet:
The children call out for their favourite frozen character. They glance around to see a beautiful princess in blue and white coming from the distance. Your little girl is finally found to be the best friend of the beautiful snow queen.
– 5-20mins:
Frozen Party Inspired Games:
The boys and girls quickly get introduced and start to play all the fun activities that Elsa and Anna used to play as children – A must at any Elsa Birthday party!
Crazy Races & Rescue Missions:
They have fast and slow races around the halls of the palace And rescue each other from the giant snowman Marshmallow.

Parachute Fun:
Your daughter and frozen friends whisk around the snow on a giant parachute, just like Kristoph whizzes around on his sledge. It is the best time having an Elsa birthday party

After running around, everyone has a quick drink of “flavoured melted snow (drink break- parent supplies drinks)” The children learn what it is really like to be like Elsa. The children ask the entertainer many questions such as “How do princesses walk up snow in a little dress?” “What did Elsa eat up in the palace?” “Why, snow cones, of course!”
– 35-40mins:
Test Your Magic Powers:
Everyone has magical powers just like Elsa. Now it is time to learn how to make them real. The children use their hands to cast a snow spell to make a magic book full of different colours and pictures. Everyone gets very excited and all the magic goes wrong. The birthday girl helps her best princess to make it all better again.
– 40-50mins:
Balloon Animals:
Quiz Time on Elsa, Anna, Olaf and the rest of the gang. Everyone who is a “Frozen Fan” wins a balloon animal, made right in front of their eyes.

Singing Happy Birthday & stickers and magnets:
Finally, everyone sings happy birthday to the biggest fan of Frozen and best friend to the snow princess, your daughter. All the children get a sticker for passing their extensive Frozen training and everyone celebrates by singing happy birthday to your special girl.

One party is for 6 children and another party for 60 children. One party may be local, The other party an hour away with limited parking. 2 Catches (well, there has to be a catch)
1. If we say that a show will “not work” for your event BEFORE we book it in.
EXAMPLE: ” I want Elsa for my 9 month old daughter and her friends to play party games and pass parcel in the back garden” and we say “errr It won’t work.” And you say “I don’t care – BOOK IT IN”!! Then there is no guarantee (as we have already warned you beforehand that it won’t work. )
2. You Go Over The Max Number Of children For That Show. EXAMPLE: Certain shows have a strict max child limit for the time allocated. This is to make sure you get what you paid for – Excellent service. If we arrive and you have more than that and then hate the show – it is because we have to change the show to accomodate the extra children that showed up and so it doesn’t run like our normal 5 star show… We cannot deliver when it is out of our hands.
3. That the basic Terms are met (mainly we need parking as a host has 4 shows a day – if the host arrives late from driving in circles looking for a car park this is also not covered)
